Customer Satisfaction: If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase from RCS PROGRAMMING you are welcome to send it back to RCS for a refund, however, some restrictions apply. (Please read our return policy). Shipping Policy: All goods are shipped either United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). We do not ship COD. Customer will be sent a verification email when goods have been shipped. If there are any out of stock items customers will be notified as to whether partial shipments are acceptable. Return Policy: RCS PROGRAMMING must be notified of mis-shipment within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise. RCS PROGRAMMING is not responsible for typographical errors. Art work is representational. Prices subject to change without further notice. RCS PROGRAMMING must be notified within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise of shipping damage. RCS PROGRAMMING must be notified within 3 business days if customer is not satisfied with purchase. Custom orders and (some) opened software cannot be returned for a full refund. If it has been determined that returned hardware was damaged because of abuse or misuse, a repair charge will be deducted from the return amount. Do not discard your purchase receipt. All returns must be accompanied by your receipt. Returns will be credited or refunded in the same method of payment as they were purchased. You have 3 business days to notify RCS PROGRAMMING of a problem with your order. After the 3 business day notification an additional 15 days are given to return goods purchased. If after the additional 15 days the goods are not received then a refund/credit will not be given. To Return Goods: - Contact RCS PROGRAMMING for a Return Authorization Number. Return Authorization numbers expire 15 days after issue. Packages that are sent back without proper authorization cannot be tracked and we cannot verify receipt of them. This may hinder us in giving customer a refund/credit. - Pack goods in a sturdy carton with plenty of protective packing material and properly seal. - Once goods have been received by RCS PROGRAMMING a refund/credit will be given. - Freight will be credited for RCS PROGRAMMING's errors if returned by United Parcel Service (UPS) ground or United States Parcel Service (USPS). Privacy Policy: RCS PROGRAMMING values your privacy. Any information collected on this site is used internally, solely for the purpose of marketing and processing sales transactions. We do not give out or otherwise sell any personal information received via this site to any third party, with the exception of processing credit card information.
